ShopFromBio connects customers with local store owners. Delivery methods, timeframes, and costs are determined by each individual store. This policy outlines general guidelines for shipping and delivery on our platform.
2. Delivery Methods
Stores may offer one or more of the following delivery options:
- Home Delivery: Direct delivery to your specified address
- Pickup: Order and collect from the store location
- Third-Party Delivery: Delivery through courier services or delivery partners
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas, subject to store availability
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by store and location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on:
- Order preparation time
- Distance to delivery address
- Delivery method selected
- Current order volume
3.2 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 hours during business hours. Processing may take longer during peak times, weekends, or holidays. Store owners will confirm order acceptance and provide estimated delivery times via WhatsApp.
3.3 Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Store owners will communicate any delays to customers as soon as possible.
4. Delivery Areas
Delivery areas are determined by each store owner. Some stores may offer delivery only within specific geographic areas or postal codes. Delivery availability is shown at checkout. If your address is outside the delivery area, you may be able to arrange pickup from the store.
5. Delivery Fees
5.1 Fee Structure
Delivery fees are set by each store owner and may vary based on distance, order value, or delivery method. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
5.2 Free Delivery
Some stores may offer free delivery for orders above a certain value. Minimum order requirements for free delivery are displayed on the store page or at checkout.
5.3 Payment
Delivery fees are included in the total order amount and are paid along with the order. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by the store owner.

To ensure accurate delivery, please provide:
- Complete street address including house/building number
- Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
- Landmarks or directions (if helpful for delivery)
- Contact phone number for the delivery person
- Location sharing (optional but recommended for accuracy)
7. Delivery Tracking
Store owners may provide order tracking information via WhatsApp. You will receive updates about order preparation, dispatch, and estimated arrival time. If tracking is not available, you can contact the store owner directly for updates.
8. Delivery Instructions
You may provide special delivery instructions at checkout, such as gate codes, building access information, or preferred delivery times. Store owners will attempt to follow these instructions, but cannot guarantee compliance in all circumstances.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed, the following may apply:
- The delivery person will attempt to contact you using the provided phone number
- If contact cannot be made, the order may be returned to the store
- Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts
- Orders may be available for pickup at the store location
- Refund policies apply for failed deliveries (see Cancellation and Refund Policy)
10. Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance by the store owner. Store owners reserve the right to refuse orders due to unavailability of items, incorrect pricing, or other valid reasons. If an order is not accepted, you will be notified and any payment will be refunded.
