ShopFromBio is a platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent store owners. All cancellation and refund policies are determined by each individual store owner and are subject to their specific terms and conditions. ShopFromBio does not set, enforce, or guarantee any cancellation or refund policies. This document provides general information about how the platform operates, but all decisions regarding cancellations and refunds are made by the store owners.
2. Order Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be directed to the store owner.ShopFromBio does not process cancellations or make decisions regarding cancellation eligibility.
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must contact the store owner directly via WhatsApp or through the contact information provided on the store page. Cancellation eligibility and any associated fees are determined solely by the store owner's policy. ShopFromBio has no control over or liability for cancellation decisions.
2.2 Store Owner Cancellation
Store owners may cancel orders at their discretion. If a store owner cancels your order, any refund processing is handled by the store owner according to their policy. ShopFromBio is not responsible for refund processing or any delays in refunds.
3. Cancellation Timeframes
Cancellation timeframes and policies are set by each store owner.The following are general guidelines, but actual policies may vary:
- Before Confirmation: Policies vary by store
- After Confirmation: Cancellation policies and fees are determined by the store owner
- Prepared Orders: Eligibility for cancellation is determined by the store owner
- Shipped Orders: Cancellation and return policies are set by the store owner

4. Refund Eligibility
All refund eligibility is determined by the store owner's policy.ShopFromBio does not determine refund eligibility or process refunds. Refunds are handled directly between you and the store owner. The following circumstances may or may not be eligible for refunds depending on the store owner's policy:
- Order cancelled by the store owner (refund policy determined by store owner)
- Order cancelled by customer (subject to store owner's policy)
- Items received are damaged, defective, or not as described (handled by store owner)
- Wrong items delivered (handled by store owner)
- Order not delivered within promised timeframe (subject to store owner's policy)
- Payment errors (contact store owner and payment provider)
ShopFromBio is not liable for any refunds and does not guarantee refund eligibility.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Refund processing times are determined by the store owner and may vary. ShopFromBio does not guarantee any refund processing times and is not responsible for delays.
6.3 Refund Method
Refunds are issued by the store owner according to their policy and payment method. ShopFromBio is not involved in refund methods or processing.

ShopFromBio is only liable for transactions between ShopFromBio and store owners (such as platform subscription fees and service agreements). ShopFromBio is NOT liable for any disputes, refunds, or cancellations between customers and store owners.
If you have a dispute with a store owner regarding a cancellation or refund, you must resolve it directly with the store owner. ShopFromBio does not mediate disputes or bear any responsibility for customer-to-store-owner transaction issues.

10. Platform Disclaimer and Liability

Scope of ShopFromBio's Liability
ShopFromBio is only liable and responsible for transactions between ShopFromBio and store owners (such as platform subscription fees, service fees, and other agreements between ShopFromBio and store owners).
ShopFromBio is NOT liable or responsible for transactions between store owners and customers (including product purchases, service orders, refunds, cancellations, or any disputes related to customer orders).
ShopFromBio does not:
- Set or enforce cancellation or refund policies between customers and store owners
- Process refunds or handle payment disputes between customers and store owners
- Bear any liability for transactions, orders, refunds, or cancellations between customers and store owners
- Guarantee refund eligibility or processing times for customer orders
- Mediate disputes between customers and store owners regarding orders, refunds, or cancellations
All transactions between customers and store owners, including cancellations and refunds, are agreements solely between the customer and the store owner. ShopFromBio acts solely as a platform facilitator and is not a party to these transactions.
